Summary: | Provided is a method for improving a special grain boundary ratio of 316LN austenitic stainless steel. The method includes the following steps that (1), material is placed in a resistance furnace witha temperature being 1100-1200 DEG C for heat preservation for 0.5-1 hour, after the heat preservation is completed, the material is taken out and is subjected to water quenching, and austenite grainswith coarse and uniform are obtained; (2), the solution treated material is subjected to the room temperature upsetting deformation at a deformation rate of 0.01-1 s , and the deformation amount is0.02-0.04; and (3), the deformed material is placed in the resistance furnace with a temperature interval of 1050-1120 DEG C for heat preservation for 2-2.5 hours, the heat preservation process is maintained at a constant temperature, and after reaching a setting time, the material is taken out and subjected to water quenching.
