The invention discloses a basalt fiber yarn impregnating agent for a fully-wound composite gas cylinder. The impregnating agent is prepared from a coupling agent, a film-forming agent, an auxiliary film-forming agent, a lubricating agent, a PH conditioning agent and deionized water, wherein the coupling agent is gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane or/and gamma-propyl trimethoxy silane; the film-forming agent is epoxy resin emulsified epoxy emulsion which is 300 to 1,000 in molecular weight; the auxiliary film-forming agent is a modified epoxy resin water solution and water-soluble polyurethane;the lubricating agent is a mineral oil type cation or non-ionic lubricating agent; the water is deionized water; the PH conditioning agent is glacial acetic acid. 本发明公开了种缠绕气瓶用玄武岩纤维纱的浸润剂，包括偶联剂、成膜剂、助成膜剂、润滑剂、PH调节剂和去离子水，所述偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷或/和γ-丙基三甲氧基硅烷；所述成膜剂为分子量300-1000的环氧树脂乳化环氧乳液；所述助成膜剂为改性环氧树脂水溶液及水溶性聚氨酯；所述润滑剂为矿物油类阳离子或非离子润滑剂；所述水为去离子水；所述PH调节剂为冰醋酸。
