Summary:The invention discloses a method for separating a cell membrane to perform DNA coding compound library screening on a transmembrane protein. The method comprises the following steps: 1) physically breaking cells; 2) performing first-stage centrifugation, separating soluble substances and the cell membrane, and precipitating insoluble cell structures; 3) performing second-stage high speed centrifugation; 4) verifying the state of the separated cell membrane under a microscope; and 5) performing DNA coding compound library screening on the transmembrane protein with the cell membrane as a carrier. The method avoids a problem that the transmembrane protein loses its original structure in the purification process, and also avoids a problem that living cell screened DNA coding compound libraries cannot enter the cells. Compared with traditional high-throughput screening methods, the method in the invention improves the transmembrane protein drug screening throughput, improves the screeningefficiency and reduces th
