Summary: | The invention relates to an oil stain self-cleaning composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material based on a lipophilic nanoparticle filling phase comprises lipophilic nanoparticles and a polymer matrix. Compared with the existing metal-based and polymer-based friction material technology, the preparation method comprises dispersing and uniformly mixing lipophilic nanoparticles and polyetheretherketone through a certain method, and carrying out cold compression sintering molding, hot compression molding or extrusion and injection molding to obtain the novel oil stain self-cleaning composite material with an oil self-suction effect.
