Summary: | The invention discloses an electrolysis broaching device and a using method thereof. The electrolysis broaching device comprises a pulsed power source, an anode tube and a cathode filament which is arranged inside the anode tube in an insulated mode. Electrolyte inlets allowing an electrolyte to pass through are formed in the two ends of the anode tube. The cathode filament penetrates out of the anode tube and then is screwed down, and the cathode filament is further connected with the cathode of the pulsed power source through a conductive ring. The anode of the pulsed power source is connected with the anode tube. The electrolysis broaching device is mainly composed of the pulsed power source, the cathode filament and two anode tube mounting bases which are made of insulated materials.
