Summary: | The invention discloses a non-dead-zone half-cycle modulation method based on SOGI-FLL. The method comprises steps of acquiring a current signal of a converter through sensor detection; filtering thecurrent signal of the converter through a SOGI-FLL module to obtain a fundamental wave current signal and a quadrature signal of a certain frequency; in a half-cycle modulation module, comparing a voltage modulation signal and a carrier signal a to obtain an initial drive signal; according to the initial drive signal obtained according to the polarity distribution of the fundamental wave current signal, obtaining a non-dead-zone half-cycle driving signal that can be alternately enabled with the polarity of the fundamental wave current signal; and achieving the non-dead-zone half-cycle modulation by controlling the converter with the non-dead-zone half-cycle drive signal.
