The curing agent adopts DOPO, p-hydroxy benzaldehyde and N, N-dimethyl-ethylenediamine as raw materials to compound the tertiary amine type flame-retarding curing agent. The tertiary amine type flame-retarding curing agent contains flame-retarding activity phosphaphenanthrene radical groups and curing activity tertiary amine radical groups, and integrates inflaming retarding and curing functions; the curing agent is applied to the inflaming-retarding curing epoxy resin, and can obtain the epoxy resin material with good flame retarding effect and physical performance. The curing agent is simple in synthetic process, short in cycle, easy to post-treat, and easy to control and industrially produce. 本发明公开了种用于环氧树脂的叔胺型阻燃固化剂及其制备方法。本发明采用DOPO，对羟基苯甲醛和N，N-二甲基乙二胺为原料合成叔胺型阻燃固化剂，该叔胺型阻燃固化剂既含阻燃活性的磷杂菲基团又含固化活性的叔胺基团，集阻燃和固化功能于体，将其用于阻燃固化环氧树脂中，能够获得阻燃效果和力学性能较好的环氧树脂材料。本发明合成工艺简单，周期短，后处理容易，易于控制和工业化生产。
