The invention discloses a preparing method of refractory high-entropy alloy spherical powder. The method comprises following steps: firstly, a high-entropy alloy raw material is treated through a mechanical alloying method to obtain pre-alloying powder, and the powder is subject to vacuum sieving and then is stored under the vacuum environment; secondly, the pre-alloying powder obtained after vacuum sieving in the first step is placed in a plasma spheroidizing device to be subject to spheroidizing under the argon protection, and the refractory high-entropy alloy spherical powder is obtained.The preparing method is short in process flow, simple in process, lower in energy consumption and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
