Summary:The invention provides a Ni3S2@rGO@LDHs preparation method. The invention relates to a preparation method of Ni3S2@rGO@LDHs of in-situ growth on foamed nickel and having ultra high capacitance and cycling stability in the field of nanometer materials. The invention aims to solve a problem poor cycling stability of prior hydrotalcite. The method includes taking the foamed nickel, thioacetamide, hydroxyl aluminum oxide, nickel nitrate and urea as raw material and preparing the Ni3S2@rGO@LDHs by adopting a three-step hydrothermal method. The prepared Ni3S2@rGO@LDHs has ultra high capacitance andexcellent cycling stability. 种Ni3S2@rGO@LDHs的制备方法。本发明涉及纳米材料领域具超高电容性和循环稳定性的种原位生长在泡沫镍上的NiS@rGO@LDHs的制备方法。本发明的目的是要解决现有水滑石较差循环稳定性的问题。方法:以泡沫镍,硫代乙酰胺,羟基氧化铝,硝酸镍,尿素为原料,采用三步水热法,制备NiS@rGO@LDHs且具有高电容性、优异循环稳定性。
