The material stabilizing device comprises a supporting plate, side plates are fixedto both sides of the supporting plate, a conflux plate is fixed between the side plates at the two sides, a first channel for articles to pass through is formed between the conflux plate and the supporting plate, a diversion plate is fixed to the lower end face of the conflux plate, air channels for delivering gas are formed in both side walls of the diversion plate, openings of the air channelsface the side plates, a connector which is connected with an air pipe is fixed to the upper end face of the conflux plate, air holes in the connector are communicated with the air channels, and a first delivering device which is used for delivering the articles is arranged below the opened sides of the air channels of the diversion plate. By means of the material stabilizing device, the articles are flatly unfolded in a bl
