Summary: | The invention discloses a method of measuring SO2 and SO3 in soot gas by potentiometric titration. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: absorbing SO2 and SO3 in the soot gaswith a 10% sodium hydroxide absorption liquid; converting SO2 and SO3 into sodium sulfite and sodium sulfate; and separately measuring the contents of SO2 and SO3 by using a Mettler T50 potentiometrictitrator. Manual analysis and detection of SO2 and SO3 in the soot gas is replaced by the potentiometric titrator, so that the analyzing efficiency and the accuracy are increased, end point misjudgment of manual tritration and manual errors generated by some operations are avoided, a sample is not pre-treated, and meanwhile, a large batch sample is detected. The method is simple and feasible andconvenient and reliable.
本发明公开了种利用电位滴定测定烟尘气中SO、SO的方法,其特征在于:采用10%氢氧化钠吸收液吸收烟尘气中SO、SO转化为亚硫酸钠与硫酸钠后使用梅特勒T50电位滴定仪分别测定其含量。本发明能够实现电位滴定仪代替人工对烟尘气中SO、SO的分析检测,提高了分析效率及准确性,避免人工滴定的终点误判断和某些操作产生的人为误差,无需对样品进行任何前处理,同时检测大批次样品,方法简单易行,方便可靠。 |
