A front bottom plate and a rearbottom plate are welded to the two ends of the shell correspondingly. The front bottom plate is a round plate and is welded to the front end of the shell. The inner wall face and the outer wall face of the copper pipe are both surfaces with threads. The copper pipe serves as a medium channel and is divided into two systems. The rear end cover is welded to the rear end of the shell. The rear end cover is formed by welding a cylindrical shell and a partial spherical surface. Each spoiler is a segment exceeding a semicircle. The segments of adjacent spoilers are located on the vertically upper side and the vertically lower side correspondingly.
