The invention provides a barrel plating net used for a test and an electroplating device, which belong to the technical field of electroplating. The electroplating device comprises the barrel platingnet and a driving motor used for enabling the barrel plating net to swing back and forth, wherein an insulating tape is arranged in the middle of the barrel plating net; the insulating tape is used for dividing the barrel plating net into a first metal net and a second metal net that are communicated with each other; the first metal net is slidingly connected with a first electrode by a first conducting rod; the second metal net is slidingly connected with a second electrode by a second conducting rod; a main shaft of the driving motor is connected with the first conducting rod and the secondconducting rod; the driving motor rotates positively and negatively, so that the first metal net and the second metal net are alternatively connected with an anode and a cathode of a corresponding electrode, and the height of
