The invention relates to a vertebral body fusion cage with an adjustable height. The vertebral body fusion cage includes an inner tube and an outer tube sleeving the inner tube. The outer tube is connected with the top of the inner tube. The outer tube is provided with first notches, and a supporting portion is formed on the outer tube wall between two adjacent first notches, the end of each firstnotch is provided with a first limiting piece extending in the axial direction of the outer tube, the inner tube is provided with a second notch, a first supporting portion is formed on the inner tube wall between two adjacent second notches, and the first supporting portion corresponds to the position of the first notch. In a first squeezing state, the supporting portion of the outer tube is deformed and protruded outwards, and the first limiting piece abuts against the supporting portion; and in a second squeezing state, the first supporting portion of the inner tube is deformed and protruded outwards and pushes aw
