Summary:The invention discloses an automatic control system for rapid isolation of rooms for container defense. The automatic control system comprises shock wave sensors and temperature sensors installed on room pipes, and centralized monitoring devices, on-site control boxes, gas source processing units and air valves installed in the rooms, wherein the shock wave sensors and the temperature sensors areelectrically connected with the centralized monitoring devices respectively, the centralized monitoring devices are in communication connection with the on-site control boxes, the air valves and the gas source processing units are respectively connected with the on-site control boxes, and the gas source processing units are connected with compressed air inlet pipelines outside the rooms. When increasing of the pressure or the temperature in the pipeline is detected suddenly by the temperature sensors and the shock wave sensors on the pipeline, all the air valves can be automatically closed through the on-site control
