When an input voltage detection signal output from an input voltage detection circuit to an output pull-down drive circuit represents that an input voltage of the over voltage protection switch exceeds an over voltage protection threshold, the output pull-down drive circuit controls the conduction ofa first switch tube, then the voltage of an output end of the over voltage protection switch is discharged to the ground, the voltage of the output end of the over voltage protection switch is rapidlypulled down, and an effective decrease in the output residual voltage is ensured. 本发明提供种输出动态下拉电路及过压保护开关，当输入电压检测电路输出至输出下拉驱动电路的输入电压检测信号表征过压保护开关的输入端电压超过过压保护阈值时，由输出下拉驱动电路控制第开关管导通，进而将过压保护开关的输出端电压泄放至地，迅速拉低过压保护开关的输出端电压，确保了输出残压的有效降低。
