The invention provides a motor which comprises a stator, a rotor, a position sensor and a drive circuit; the stator comprises a stator magnetic core and a stator winding wound around the stator magnetic core; the drive circuit drives the rotor to rotate relative to the stator according to output of the position sensor; and in the static position of the rotor, the position sensor is arranged in anadvance angle relative to a polar axis of the rotor. The motor has a relatively high starting torque.
