Summary: | The invention relates to the field of forage quality detection, in particular to a method for detecting in vitro dry matter digestibility of ribbon grass using near-infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the steps that 1, typical ribbon grass samples are extensively collected; 2, near-infrared spectroscopy date of modeling samples is collected; 3, in vitro dry matter digestibility of the samples are detected by using a pepsin-cellulase two-stage digestion method; 4, a calibration model is established; 5, the calibration model is verified; 6, detecting of to-be-detected ribbon grass samples is conducted. According to the method, the samples are easy to prepare to facilitate measuring, constant and infinite times of analysis can be performed, and only 16 seconds of operation time is needed, so that testing period is shortened and analysis efficiency is greatly improved, testing results have good reproducibility and high stability, meanwhile no chemical reagent is used, pollution isnot generated, and the me |
