Summary:Provided is a new energy vehicle motor base. A semi-cylindrical rotating body is fixedly installed at the bottom of a fixed frame. A fixed block is arranged at the lower portion of the front side of asupport. A vertical groove is formed in the fixed block and internally provided with a connecting rod. A driving shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rotating plate. A driving rod is rotationally connected with the driving shaft. The free end of the driving rod is rotationally connected with a friction block. The contact faces of the friction block and the rotating plate are good in friction performance. The driving rod rotates to make the friction block press the rotating plate so as to drive the rotating plate to rotate. A gear shaft and a first friction plate shaft are connectedso that power can only be transmitted from the driving shaft to a first one-way transmission mechanism of the first friction plate shaft in one direction.
