The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: step S1, adding 0.1-5 parts by weight of an activator and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a nano material into 100 parts by weight of a wave absorbing agent, and carrying out uniform mixing; and step S2, putting the mixed reagent into a microwave oven for microwave heating treatment to obtain the pretreated nano material.
