Abstract | The invention relates to fruit powder. The fruit powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of apple powder, 1-3 parts of lemon powder, 10-15 parts of selenium yeast tablet powder, and 15-20 parts of egg powder. The selenium yeast tablet powder is added to the formula, so that the fruit powder can be rich in selenium, and absorption after being drunk is facilitated.
