The invention provides an electric scrubbing device for bedridden patients. The electric scrubbing device comprises a scrubbing handle, a clear water tank and a waste water tank. A roller brush is arranged on the upper portion of the scrubbing handle. A water tank is arranged below the roller brush. The lower portion of a roller brush body extends into the water tank. An impeller driven by a stirring motor is arranged in the water tank. A roller driving motor in the scrubbing handle drives the roller brush to rotate through a belt pulley transmission mechanism. A water inlet pump and a water outlet pump are arranged in the scrubbing handle, are connected with the clear water tank and the waste water t tank respectively, and supply and discharge water for the water tank. The electric scrubbing device has the advantages that when the device is used for scrubbing patients' bodies, the scrubbing process is quite convenient, and workload of nursing staff can be reduced greatly; simplicity and convenience in water
