Summary:The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyaniline nanowire array/graphene sheet/manganese oxide composite material. A three-dimensional structure of graphene oxide is used as the skeleton,a polyaniline nanowire array is grown on the surface of the graphene oxide by the electrostatic tension between positively charged nitrogen on an aniline chain segment and an epoxy bond on the surface of the graphene oxide, and a potassium permanganate solution and an excess manganese sulfate solution are added into a polyaniline nanowire/graphene oxide mixture to produce manganese dioxide deposited on graphene oxide sheets; and at the same time, excess positively charged Mn(II) ions enter between negatively charged graphene oxide sheet layers and undergo a redox reaction with the graphene oxide to generate Mn(III) ions, meanwhile the graphene oxide is reduced to graphene, then the nano manganous-manganic oxide particles generated by a hydrothermal method are deposited between the reducedgraphene layers, and a po
