The driving box drives the dust removal ring to move outside the outer cover, the dust removal ring is arranged outside the outer cover in a sleeved manner, a movable rod is connected on the dust removal ring, a pull rod is connected at the other end of the movable rod, a chain rope is fixedly connected on the pull rod, the drivingbox draws the chain rope in a rope coiling box, the driving box can move backwards and forwards, namely, the driving box drives the chain rope to be coiled and drawn out in the rope storage box, the chain rope drives the pull rod, the pull rod pulls the dust removal ring and drives the dust removal ring to circularly move outside the outer cover, the water storage tank is mounted at the top of theouter cover and can colle
