Summary: | The invention discloses low organic matter release type polyurethane high resilience foam. The foam is characterized in that phosphate ester cyclodextrin is added in the raw materials, and the phosphate ester cyclodextrin is prepared through the following steps that 1, phosphate and urea are dissolved into water, stirring and mixing are conducted to be uniform, and the solution pH value is adjusted to be 5.0-6.0 with acid; 2, cyclodextrin is added in the mixed solution, after stirring is conducted to be uniform, suction filtration is conducted, a filter cake is dried to be with the moisture being smaller than 12% by mass, grinding is conducted, and the mixture is kept for 5 h under the condition of 150+/-5 DEG C; 3, water washing, suction filtration and drying are conducted, and the phosphate ester cyclodextrin is obtained.
