Summary:The invention discloses a method for extracting procyanidine in longan peels by using an aqueous two-phase system. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of a material: taking peels of longans sold on the market, drying the peels, and grinding the peels into longan peel powder; and (2) two aqueous phase extraction: adding two aqueous phase extraction liquid into a centrifugal device, adding the longan peel powder and uniformly mixing, performing centrifugation at a rotating speed of 3,000 to 6,000 r/min, and standing for extraction to separate an upper phase, thus obtainingthe procyanidine, wherein the two aqueous phase extraction liquid is prepared from distilled water, ammonium sulfate and ethyl alcohol according to a ratio of (1.0 to 7.0 mL): (1.5 to 6 g): (1.5 to 4mL), and the mass ratio of the longan peel powder to the two aqueous phase extraction liquid is (1 to 2): 10.
