The invention provides ultraviolet tube packaging equipment and process. The ultraviolet tube packaging equipment comprises a heating device, a thermal insulation and cooling device, gas discharging/filling devices, vacuum devices, power modules and a control module. A heating wire is mounted in an electric heating heath of an electric heating furnace, the electric heating hearth is divided into multiple furnace areas, and multiple temperature sensors are mounted on the electric heating furnace and used for sensing temperature of the multiple furnace areas respectively. The thermal insulationand cooling device comprises a thermal insulation furnace, cooling water baths and current terminals, wherein the thermal insulation furnace is divided into two thermal insulation hearths, the coolingwater baths are arranged on the outer sides of the two thermal insulation hearths respectively, and the current terminals are mounted on two sides in either thermal insulation hearth respectively.
