Summary: | The invention discloses a refining technology for reducing chloropropanol ester in camellia seed oil. The refining technology comprises the following steps: 1) filtering crude oil and removing mechanical impurities; then pre-heating and adding water to carry out hydration; standing and precipitating; separating to obtain oil and hydrated oil; then taking the hydrated oil and adding water; then adding phosphoric acid; finally, carrying out neutralization by utilizing liquid sodium silicate with the concentration of 0.5 percent; standing and precipitating; separating oil soap; 2) putting the crude oil into a de-coloring pot and de-coloring according to a conventional technology; 3) carrying out deacidification and deodorization; heating in molecular distillation equipment under a low vacuumcondition, and discharging free fatty acid in oil of a fraction and a low molecular weight odor substance along steam; 4) carrying out winterization and dewaxing to obtain a finished product.
