Summary: | The invention aims to provide a method for preparing an improved PE (Polyethylene) hot-sealing membrane. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 20-24% of LLDPE7042, 24-27% of LLDPE2426, 11-14% of LLDPE800A, 7% of MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) metallocene and 25-27% of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), putting into a single-screw extruder, and performing membrane blowing molding. Through formula improvement and raw material commixing, molecule structures are changed, namely single-layer helixes, single-screw production of the hot-sealing membrane is achieved, low-temperature sealing is achieved, and the production efficiency is improved; and the strength of the membrane is improved, packaging breakage is avoided, and the cost is lowered.
