Summary: | The invention discloses a tissue culture and rapid propagation method of paphiopedilum hirsutissimum. The method comprises the following steps: paphiopedilum hirsutissimum seed disinfection, seed germination culture, protocorm culture, rooting culture and test-tube seedling transplantation, wherein a medium for seed germination culture contains 3/4 MS, 20 g/L sucrose, 0.1 g/L KT, 0.3 mg/L activated carbon and 6-7g/L agar powder, PH is 5.8-5.5, and dark culture is performed for 30-50 days at a temperature of 25 plus or minus 1 DEG C; protocorm culture is performed by a medium containing 3/4 MS,20 g/L sucrose, 0.2 mg/L BA, 0.3 mg/L activated carbon, 20g/L banana and 6-7 g/L agar powder, PH is 5.8-5.5, and light culture is performed for 12 hr/d under light intensity of 1200-1500 LUX and at atemperature of 25 plus or minus 1 DEG C.
