The invention discloses an over-current protection circuit. The over-current protection circuit comprises at least one electrical parameter sampling circuit used for taking samples of at least one electrical parameter of a target circuit; at least one comparison circuit which is connected with the at least one electrical parameter sampling circuit in a one-to-one correspondence manner, wherein each comparison circuit is used for comparing a sampling result of a corresponding electrical parameter sampling circuit with a corresponding preset electrical parameter threshold value and outputting acomparison result; a normally open switching circuit which is enabled by an output terminal of the at least one comparison circuit and is used for conducting or breaking connection between a power supply and a power supply input terminal of a target circuit; a normally closed switching circuit used for conducting or breaking connection between the power supply and the power supply input terminal of the target circuit; and
