The invention provides a brushless motor and an airflow generator using the brushless motor. The brushless motor comprises an internal stator and an external rotor, wherein the internal stator comprises a stator magnetic core and a stator winding, the stator magnetic core comprises a plurality of externally-extending stator teeth, and the stator winding is wound on the stator teeth; the external rotor is rotatablely arranged on the internal stator, and comprises a rotation shaft, a ring-shaped shell connected with the rotation shaft and a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on the inner wall of the shell; and each permanent magnet comprises a first surface and a second opposite surface, the first surface is attached to the inner wall of the shell, the second surface faces the stator magnetic core, the thickness of the permanent magnet is gradually reduced from the circumferential middle to circumferential two sides, the stator tooth has a pole shoe surface facing the shell, and thepole shoe surface is pro
