Summary:The invention relates to the technical field of industrial explosives and particularly relates to a modified ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive and preparation therefor. A technical problem to be solved is to provide a modified ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive which is good in water resistance, good in explosion performance and long in storage life. The technical scheme adopted is as follows:the modified ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is prepared from the raw materials in percentage by weight: 80% to 93% of ammonium nitrate, 3% to 5% of composite oil phase, 3% to 7% of wood flour, 0.1% to 0.6% of composite modifier, 0.015% to 0.2% of gemini surfactant and 0 to 1% of polystyrene microspheres, wherein the composite modifier is prepared from the ingredients in percentage by weight:30% to 45% of octadecyl amine salt, 18% to 30% of microcrystalline wax, 14% to 25% of lauryl amine acetate and 11% to 30% of sodium lauryl amine sulfate.
