An end cover is arranged at a first end of the housing; the rotating shaft penetrates the stator and is arranged in the stator; and a fan is arranged at the rotating shaft and is arranged between the stator and the end cover along the axis direction of the stator. When the rotating shaft rotates, the fan is able to drive the air flow to transmit heat from the stator to the end cover. The motor based on reasonable design has a simple structure; the temperature rise is controlled effectively; and the service life of the motor is prolonged effectively. 本发明提供种电机，包括壳体、定子和旋转轴；定子设置在壳体内，壳体第端具有端盖，旋转轴内穿设在定子内，在旋转轴上设置有风叶，在沿定子的轴线方向，风叶位于定子与端盖之间；当旋转轴旋转时，风叶能够驱动气流将定子的热量传递到端盖上。本发明具有设计合理，结构简单，有效控制温升，使电机的使用寿命得到了提高的优点。
