The invention discloses a bell-jar furnace, including a furnace body having a hearth and more than one adjustable air inlet assembly connected with the hearth. The adjustable air inlet assembly comprises an outlet end main pipe, an inlet end main pipe, and a plurality of air inlet branch pipes. The outlet end main pipe is communicated with the hearth. The inlet end main pipe is communicated with more than one air source. Two ends of each air inlet branch pipe are respectively communicated with the outlet end main pipe and the inlet end main pipe. Each air inlet branch pipe is provided with anon-off valve which is constant in ventilating speed when the valve is open.
