Summary: | The invention relates to a high-survival-rate cotton test-tube plantlet transplanting method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, cotton test-tube plantlets are slowly taken out from a culture medium, and root systems are prevented from being broken; 2, the cotton test-tube plantlets are directly transplanted into a field or a flowerpot inside a greenhouse, and the temperature is controlled to be 23-25 DEG C; 3, at the periphery 8 cm or farther away from the cotton test-tube plantlets, watering is performed slowly, and thorough watering is performed; 4, a transparent plastic bottle with no bottom is sampled and covers the cotton test-tube plantlets, and the bottle opening is sealed with a sealing film; 5, watering is performed every three days, and the soil is kept wet; 6, after the plantlets grow for three weeks, the sealing film is removed; 7, after one week, the transparent plastic bottle is removed, and the transplanting plants can be transplanted into the field for normal growth.
