The system comprises charging racks, a feeding roller conveyor, a discharging roller conveyor, a water bath layer rack, an electrolyte adding device and a battery inlet device, wherein each of the charging racks comprises a frame; one or more layers of charging constant temperature water tanks and a first conveyor are arranged in each frame; and first lifting devices and second lifting devices are separately arranged at the two ends of the charging layer racks. By adopting thecharging layer racks with the lifting devices and the multiplayer design, a purpose of reducing the occupied area is reduced. The method comprises the steps of data collection and processing and thelike.
