Summary:The invention relates to a fluidized catalysis method of toluene and mainly solves the problems of large temperature rise of catalyst beds, more side reactions of alkylating agents and low utilizationrate in the prior art. Methanol, dimethyl ether and toluene are mixed to be fed, and dimethyl ether partially replaces methanol to serve as an alkylating agent. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the problems are better solved and the method can be applied to industrial production of preparation of toluene through alkylation reactions with toluene as a raw material. 本发明涉及甲苯的流化催化方法,主要解决现有技术中催化剂床层温升大、烷基化试剂副反应多和利用率低的问题。本发明通过采用将甲醇、二甲醚及甲苯混合进料,用二甲醚部分替代甲醇作烷基化试剂的技术方案较好地解决了该问题,可应用于以甲苯为原料进行烷基化反应制备对二甲苯的工业生产中。
