Summary:The invention relates to preparation of a catalytic cracking fluidized bed catalyst and mainly solves the technical problems of low naphtha conversion rate and low ethylene and propylene yield when the existing fluidized bed catalyst is used in the process of preparing ethylene and propylene from naphtha by catalytic cracking. The catalyst is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1) 0.5-15.0 parts of at least one selected from phosphorus, rare earth or alkaline earth oxides; 2) 85.0-99.5 parts of in-situ synthesized microspheres which contain ZSM-5 molecular sieves and have particle size of 10-200 ym. According to the technical scheme of the catalyst, the problems are better solved, and the catalyst can be used in industrial production of ethylene and propylene from naphtha by catalytic cracking. 本发明涉及种催化裂解流化床催化剂的制备,主要解决现有流化床催化剂在用于石脑油催化裂解制乙烯、丙烯过程时,存在石脑油转化率低、乙烯与丙烯收率低的技术问题。本发明通过采用以重量份数计包含以下组分:1)0.5〜15.0份选自磷、稀土或碱土元素氧化物中的至少种;2)85.0〜99.5份选自原位合成的含ZSM-5分子筛组成的、颗粒尺寸为10〜200ym微球组成的催化剂的技术方案较好地解决了该问题,
