The invention relates to a hydraulic retardance braking control system and a hydraulic retardance braking control method implemented according to the hydraulic retardance braking control system. The hydraulic retardance braking control system comprises a retardance braking enabling switch, a braking pedal, a vehicle speed sensor, an electric control unit and a hydraulic braking device. The retardance braking enabling switch is manipulated through a driver to be used for starting the hydraulic retardance braking control system. The braking pedal is manipulated through the driver to be used forbraking a vehicle. The vehicle speed sensor is used for detecting the real-time speed of the vehicle. The electric control unit is connected with the retardance braking enabling switch, the braking pedal and the vehicle speed sensor.
