Summary: | The invention relates to a novel environmental protection light weight PP composite board preparation process. The process comprises the steps that PP foaming fiber filaments are produced; 25%-35% ofthe PP foaming fiber filaments and 65%-75% of fiber glass filaments are weighed respectively by mass; and the PP foaming fiber filaments and the fiber glass filaments are subjected to opening, mixing,lapping, recombination, heat setting and cooling, and GMF plates are produced after heat setting. The process adopts a dry-processed method, is environmentally friendly, high in tensile strength andlow in production costs, and can be reused.
本发明涉及种新型环保轻量化PP复合板材制备工艺,它包括PP发泡纤维丝制作;按质量百分比计,将25-35%的PP发泡纤维丝和65-75%的玻璃纤维丝分别计重,然后进行开松、混合、铺网、复合、热定型和冷却,热定型后制成GMF板材。本发明干法制造,环保,产品抗拉强度高,制造成本低,可再利用。 |
