Summary:The invention provides a block type joint. The block type joint comprises a swing mechanism and a revolving mechanism, wherein the swing mechanism comprises a driver and a swing piece hinged with eachother; the driver is used for driving the swing piece to swing; the revolving mechanism comprises an output end arranged on the swing piece; the output end can realize a peripheral motion; the driver, the swing piece and the output end are stacked in sequence in a block form; and the axial direction of the output end is arranged in the stacking direction of the block form.
