The invention provides lecithin soft food granules and a preparation method thereof. The lecithin soft food granules are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1.0-2.5 parts of lecithin, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin complex, 0.3-1.5 parts of fish liver oil, 1.0-4 parts of oats, 2.0-7 parts of chicken meal, 1.0-4.5 parts of a flavoring agent, 3-8 parts of corn and 2.0-4.0 parts of DDGS (Distiller's Dried Grain with Soluble).
