The invention relates to a grain dryer with a lifting device. When the grain dryer disclosed by the invention is used for lifting grains, a belt pulley rotates along with a driver, the grains are scooped up by a winnowing pan with an upward opening fixed on the upper side of the belt, and the opening of the winnowing pan is changed to be downward after the scooped grains are upwards moved to turnaround the highest point along with the belt. The rotation speed of the belt pulley is controlled to be in a low state, namely the rotational inertia of the grains in the winnowing pan can be low, sothat the grains in the winnowing pan can drop into a lower grain collection bucket under the gravity action after the opening of the winnowing pan is changed to be downward. The grains dropping into the grain collection bucket enter a grain chute communicated with the grain collection bucket and then flow into the grain dryer via a grain outlet positioned in the dryer.
