The invention discloses tissue adhesion resistant hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The hydrogel is of a micron porous structure and comprises the following components: 0.1-100 parts of hydroxyethyl methylacrylate, 0.1-27 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of tetramethylethylenediamine, 0.1-2 parts of an initiator and 0.1-100 parts of water.
