Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing a crosslinked polyamide (vP) in which a melt (S) containing at least one polyamide (P) which contains furan units and containing at least one dienophile is provided at a first temperature T1 and the melt (S) is then cooled to a second temperature T2 which is lower than the melting temperature TM of the at least one polyamide (P) in order to obtain the crosslinked polyamide (vP).
