The invention provides a novel point template for electrophoresis. The novel point template for electrophoresis comprises a sheet frame and a plurality of strips detachably arranged on the sheet framein rows, wherein the sheet frame comprises a plurality of positioning grooves uniformly distributed to form an array; one end of each row of positioning grooves is provided with a spacing hole; the side, close to the spacing holes, of the sheet frame is provided with a bromophenol blue titration zone and a DNA Marker titration zone; each strip comprises a plurality of reaction dishes which can beinserted into the positioning grooves; the plurality of reaction dishes are connected with each other via a rib; and one ends of the strips are provided with fixture blocks which can be inserted intothe spacing holes.
