The invention relates to a negative half-cycle waveform blanking amplitude sampling device, and the device comprises a signal conditioning circuit, a negative half-cycle blanking circuit, a filter andport protection circuit, a processor and a power supply circuit. The power supply circuit is electrically connected with the signal conditioning circuit, the negative half-cycle blanking circuit, thefilter and port protection circuit and the processor, and the signal conditioning circuit is electrically connected with the negative half-cycle blanking circuit. The negative half-cycle blanking circuit is electrically connected with the filter and port protection circuit, the filter and port protection circuit is electrically connected with the processor, and a signal access end is led out of the signal conditioning circuit. The device provided by the invention achieves a function of negative half-cycle waveform blanking, and still can maintain the higher sampling resolution when the voltage difference of sampled va
