The supported double-active-center polyethylene catalyst comprises an inorganic carrier and two supported active components, wherein the two active components comprise a chromium oxide and a manganese oxide, the total chromium loading amount accounts for 0.01-5% of the total weight of the catalyst (calculated as the weight of Cr), the manganese loading amount accounts for 0.01-5% of the total weight of the catalyst (calculatedas the weight of Mn), and the inorganic carrier has the pore volume is 0.5-5 cm /g, the surface area of 100-600 m /g, and the average particle size of 1-100 [mu]m.
