The top of the housing is provided with a protruded part. The middle part of a cavity of the protruded part is provided with a push rod. A spring is sheathed on the push rod. The push rod is stretched into the housing. A rocker component is installed above the push rod. The rocker component comprises a deviation vertical roller, a connecting rod and a ball seat. The ball seat contacts with the push rod. The top of the ball seat is provided with the connecting rod. The end part of the connecting rod is provided with the deviation vertical roller. The central position of the top of the cavity of the housing is provided with two microswitches. The microswitches are positioned below the push rod, and two microswitches are alternately installed upwards and downwards. Two microswitches are connected with two sensors. Center lines of the housing and the rocker comp
